SALT Schools Program

Year Level Teamwork and Interdependence Program

Empowering students to take ownership of their school experience

SALT takes the leadership principles of elite sporting clubs and challenges an entire year level to take ownership of its culture and values.

This is a one-day course for senior year levels involving:

  • The whole year level – 90-minute presentation
  • Student leaders – 90-minute workshop
  • Teachers – 90-minute training course during or after school. Resources provided

Leadership and Culture Program (Years 10-12)

Equipping existing school leaders

This is a full one or two-day course for existing school leaders. Leaders evaluate the needs of their school via the use of the live quiz platform and develop a unified strategy.  It can be done within a camp environment or at school.

Education Courses (Years 5-12)

All courses are highly interactive and based on the principles of positive psychology and sport. There are different versions of each course tailored specifically for each age group. Courses can be done with an entire year level at a time. Each course is 60-90 minutes long. The school receives follow up lesson material.

  • Strong is the New Pretty – Empowering Girls (girls only)
  • Time to Man Up – Character and Courage (boys only)
